The subdued crying of a small child resonating within the strings of Joseba Irazoki's guitars is accompanied by the dirgelike vocalizations of Joseba Irazoki himself, bringing - betwixt its mechanical manipulations and its electroacoustic hue - this guitar's impending sense of blue(s) even more to the fore. A highly versatile player within a variety of musical contexts, this instance finds him showcasing some unadulterated porch-chair fingerpickin', strings rife with the complexities of self-dialogue and reflection, 'losing it' and howling ever so lovingly to the moon.
