Shuho Hidaka continues his musical journey with a second release on MiMi Records. Again he retrieves influences from IDM and mixes them with a whole set of other musical genres.
"Segmentalized ID"includes nine tracks which explore the frontiers of IDM keeping other musical styles well in sight. A subtle merge of IDM and other sounds with Shuho Hidaka's personal touch.
All tracks were composed and played in all instruments by Humberto Luis Schenone, using udu drums, clay pots, kalimbas, talking drums, surdo, shekere, djembe, congas, bongos, whistles and different kinds of bells. The album was recorded at "Living Records Studios" of Barrio Velez Sarsfield, Buenos Aires, Argentina, during November-December 2008.
