Today modern classical music is almost completely cannibalized and repressed by avant-garde, dodecaphony and experimentalism. You can argue that as being a general rule, but the fact is that youth is only interested in orchestral music when it's something avantgarde, or something eclectic, or at least something experimental.
And that's why we're so delighted to offer you a piece of romantic, beautiful music, written in a fine tradition of classical composers of the 20th century. Symphonic poem "Stairway to Heaven" was written by famous Russian composer Inna Breeze. It was debuted by "Russian Philharmonia" Symphony Orchestra (conducted by Sergey Kondrashev) at Moscow Composers Centre in 2008 and this recording is now available exclusively at top-40.org.

Though she worked in fields of symphonic, vocal, choral, chamber, theatrical, soundtrack music for many years, Inna is trying to avoid the establishment and extensive publicity. As Inna said about herself, "I'm making music in Russian traditions, by reexamining it on the modern level. I'm not afraid to be considered as commonplace, and that's why I'm welcoming the beautiful melody, positive mood and lack of internal conflicts". But at the same time, Inna is also interested in some very modern genres of electronic music she's a professional Theremin performer, for instance. Some of our early and long-time followers probably also remember mini-album "Silver Dreams", in which her piano tracks were remixed and electronically re-worked by Motor.
"Stairway to Heaven" is not dedicated to the famous Led Zeppelin's song. It's about ascension, the ascension of a whole life, the mysterious way leading all of us "there". In the music the soul is uncovering itself, the music is waking the fantasy, but at the same time it's claiming attentive listening. Music uses abstract, figurative, sincere language. It's not necessary to judge it from the position of pure logic, you can rather feel it, believe it...
El abismo inclinado is a selection of free improvisations executed during the summer of 2008, using field recordings manipulated into taking them to the extreme limit of pure abstract noise, using sounds clean and clear and far from the usual distortion of this type of music. All items have been recorded directly to two tracks without edits or overdubs.
Invented and defined by Smith, the term Zn'shñ signifies: the gleam of dark colours.
Deliberately antithetic and intentionally enigmatic, Zn'shñ is basically enthused by Butoh iconography, Japanese Gagaku aesthetic and Tibetan rituals codification.
"The winter book" is the complete original soundtrack from the eponymous 30mn digital film made by Elvire Bastendorff. The soundtrack was conceived and recorded by Zn'shñ before the film.

Gardens From Light - Sun Chariot
![]()
You might remember Gardens From Light from their massive Resting Bell-double-feature "Birds Of Joy And Sorrow", released in October 2007. This time Steven and Ian offer a single 16-minute track entitled "Sun Chariot".
It's a very dense and deep track, and compared to "Birds Of Joy And Sorrow" it's more athmospheric and more complex. There is a continous drone throught this piece, layered with percussive elements, sublime field-recordings, haunted vocals, little keyboard sketches and higher oscillating tones. It is a beautiful movement of structures.
And when the piece is over, from the eeriest of nights to the filtered lens of wateriest sunrises, you wonder how it can only be so short.
Noerror is a project born in early 2000. Its first purpose was to relate some of the most famous demoscene music releases, it extended to all the active demoscene netlabels and finally all the netlabels, no disctinction. Just talent and beautiful music is now the word.
