Planète Sauvage debut album « Planète Sauvage EP » stand out distinctly with its singular character, beyond the vogue and so, really modern. By listening this four original compositions, you could perceive sounds and also images, like a movie constantly updated so, I think about W.Wenders, D. Lynch and R. Laloux of course, especially his philosophycal and psychedelic animation « La planète sauvage ». Electronic and electro-acoustic, this EP is also a mix of musical genre, look like a travel accross the continents, a travel book full of pictures and souvenirs. So, enjoy and « bon voyage ».
Somewhere there is a parallel universe where people are locked into a never ending version of World War I. They haven't invented the internet, so they have to rely on sending pigeons from city to city to carry all the emails and cat pictures. One of these postal pigeons goes astray and disappears over the English Channel. At precisely that moment, a million light years away - but just next door, a pigeon appears in Scatterbattery's back garden and stumbles over to cough up a tiny parcel. Inside the package are four songs from faraway trenches, transcribed in crude braille on a piece of leaf. There is also a tiny picture of a tiny cat in a tiny bowler hat.
Modern Nature
It might have taken some time, but finally now December brings the first work of elektronischerGarten, a project of Stefan Biermann (aka Gate Zero) and Waldemar Bednorz. They are exploring the microcosms of garden and nature in six laid-back minimal lounge pieces on their ambitiously so titled first Garten EP.

The entire album, every note, every drum beat, every sound programmed by scratch, and performed on software written for Game Boy, Nes , Sega Game Gear, BBC Micro, ZX spectrum, Commodore 64, Acorn Electron, MSX as well as many many more. You will not of heard anything like it before.

Pixelh8 has recently completed a Californian tour, stopping of to play for the staff at Apple, and will shortly be recording a live session for the BBC in late December featuring tracks from the new album.
Pixelh8 will be touring Jan To Feb 2008, throughout the UK giving lectures, running workshops & live performances.
